The Bubbanbooboo Origami mask is designed to cover the nasal and chin area to ensure better coverage. The concave structure of the design enables you to insert a PM2.5 filters (moisture barrier). It features a super soft elastic and an adjustable toggle, so it sits comfortably on your ears. This mask has been designed so it is comfortable and can be worn for long periods.

 
Our Filters

Our replaceable PM 2.5 filters offer 5 layer protection.

1st Layer: Spunbond cloth, filters the dust of micron.

2nd Layer: To filter industrial pollutants, second-hand smoke pollen allergies.

3rd Layer: Activated carbon cloth, benzene and a smaller function filtering dust microns.

4th Layer: Filter density, smaller material.

5th Layer: Spunbond cloth, filters the dust of micron.

 
When to Replace Filters

We recommend replacing filters after 10 hours of use.  If the mask has been exposed to high moisture, replace filter immediately.

 

Washing Instructions

Washing instructions: (Note: If your mask has been exposed to high moisture, wash your mask immediately.)

1. Secure and move toggles all the way to the insides of the mask.

2. Take out the PM2.5 filter.

3. Wash in warm water.

4. Cool to warm iron to re shape if needed.

5. Do not tumble and dry.

 

Precautions

1. Do not wear this mask and filter while sleeping.

2. This is not a medical mask

How Do I Pay?

All pricing on our site is in AUD and includes GST. We accept all major credit cards & Paypal.

 

Is Your Site Secure?

Yes. We use SSL through out the site to ensure all sensitive data is encrypted. We also utilise Paypal’s secure credit card processing network to process credit card payments. We never store or see your financial information.

 

Do I Need An Account To Purchase?

No. We do not require you to have an account to make a purchase online. During checkout you can choose to create an account which is a great way to keep track of your purchases and order status.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. Masks will take 7 working days to complete and will be shipped out to you when finished. An email notification with tracking number will be sent to you to ensure you are up to date with the delivery progress.

 

I Did Not Receive My Order Confirmation Email?

In some cases our emails may be filtered as junk mail by your email provider. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for our emails. We recommend marking our email as ‘Not Junk’ to ensure you receive further emails correctly.

 
Where Do You Deliver?

Unfortunately we can only ship to addresses located in Australia. We ship Australia wide via Australia Post delivery network.

 
How Do I Track My Delivery?

When your order is dispatched we will email you your tracking number so you can keep up to date with the delivery process.

Do You Accept Returns?

Due to the nature of the products we sell we are unable to accept returns. All purchases are covered by the Australian Consumer Law governing refund & exchanges.

We have measures in place to ensure clients receive the correct items ordered. If the item you received is incorrect please contact our team so we can take steps to correct your order.
